New Area Manager Appointed for Darwin Office

Pacific Health & Wellbeing (PHW) is excited to announce the appointment of Shelley Newton as the new Area Manager for our Darwin office. With over 15 years of experience in business management and team building, Shelley brings a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Shelley’s recent career focus has been on the NDIS sector, where she has gained valuable insights into the needs of remote communities and the importance of delivering high-quality services. Her previous roles have involved collaboration with our PHW team, where she was consistently impressed by the organisation’s positive culture and drive. This alignment with her own goals and values made joining PHW a natural next step for her.

In her new role, Shelley is enthusiastic about leading and motivating her team to reach their full potential. She is committed to building a robust and supportive network, identifying service delivery gaps, and ensuring ongoing growth and success for our participants.

Originally from Northern Territory, Shelley has spent significant time in Central and Tropical Far North Queensland. Describing herself as a down-to-earth person, she enjoys spending time with family, fishing, camping, and playing the guitar, finding joy in these simple pleasures.
