Announcing Isabelle B as New Team Leader for Darwin Region

Pacific Health & Wellbeing (PHW) is pleased to announce that Isabelle B has been appointed as the new Team Leader for the Darwin region at PHW. Isabelle steps into this role following the departure of Emma J, who has made the decision to return to Northern NSW. Emma’s leadership has been a cornerstone of the Darwin team’s success, and her contributions will be greatly missed as she embarks on her next chapter.

During her tenure, Emma J has demonstrated outstanding leadership through her strong communication skills, assertiveness, and unwavering passion for occupational therapy. Under her guidance, the Darwin team has flourished, becoming a tight-knit, effective team that consistently delivers exceptional outcomes for our participants. Her commitment to creating a supportive and dynamic work environment has left a lasting impact on PHW.

Isabelle B, who joined PHW earlier this year, is stepping into her new role with a wealth of experience. A native of Brisbane, Isabelle earned her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with honours from the University of the Sunshine Coast. Her expertise as an Occupational Therapist spans across functional capacity assessments, supported independent living (SIL) assessments, specialist disability accommodation (SDA), minor modifications, and provision of tailored therapy programs to meet participant goals.
