Our Team

Cheerful and charismatic, we welcomed Sarah to the Pacific Health & Wellbeing team in early 2022. A wonderful addition to the Gold Coast headquarters, Sarah brought with her a wealth of experience including working as a community OT, trialing and prescribing assistive technology and home modifications for HCP (Home Care Package), DVP (Department of Veteran’s Affairs), and CHSP (Commonwealth Home Support Programs) clients.

A concept that Sarah often brings to life is the focus on occupation and understanding the fundamentals of how to engage individuals in those occupations. As such Sarah enjoys working with many different people, across the lifespan with various disabilities. Sarah ensures that each participant feels valued and that their goals guide the support she provides. Sarah’s experience allows her to provide functional capacity assessments, assistive technology assessments, and evaluations for minor and complex home modifications.

With a passion for learning and people’s stories you’ll often find a book in her hands, or for the more adventurous days, you might spot Sarah at the latest music festival in town. Sarah always takes the time to get the whole picture of a participant’s life and then works to ensure therapy integrates with their life. Though Sarah has enjoyed every setting her OT career has allowed her to experience, she has a particular love for NDIS and the positive difference she can make in the lives of people with disability.
