Caitlin, originally from the rural landscapes of New South Wales, made the move to sunny Queensland, where she spent six years soaking up the coastal lifestyle on the Sunshine Coast. It was here that she completed a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) at the University of the Sunshine Coast, graduating in 2021.

She began her career in private community rehab, working with individuals with catastrophic injuries and complex disabilities. From there, Caitlin transitioned into a dynamic generalist Occupational Therapist role, flying in and out of rural and remote communities to provide essential services to those who needed them most.

With a natural passion for helping others, Caitlin always knew she wanted a career in healthcare, but one thing was clear, she couldn’t stand the sight of blood! That ruled out nursing pretty quickly. Thankfully, Occupational Therapy was the perfect fit, allowing her to support individuals and their families while continuously learning and growing in her profession.

Caitlin is passionate about empowering people to achieve their goals through a holistic, evidence-based approach. She values the strong connections she builds with participants and their support networks, finding fulfilment in making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Outside of work, Caitlin loves to embrace the great outdoors, stay active, and spend quality time with family and friends. Whether it’s hiking, hitting the beach, or simply enjoying a good coffee, she’s always up for an adventure.
